Art-based one-to-one sessions for clarity, self-reflection and creative transformation
Individual Creative Guidance offers a protected and carefully held space to explore personal questions through artistic methods and reflective conversation.
It is for people who want to understand themselves more deeply, move through a transition, reconnect with their creativity or find new perspectives on a situation that feels complex, unclear or emotionally charged.
The focus is not on creating a perfect artwork. You do not need any artistic experience. The creative process becomes a way to listen, notice, express, organise and gently bring inner experiences into visible form.
Sessions can take place in my studio in Berlin-Pankow or online.
Individual Creative Guidance combines artistic practice, art therapeutic methods and dialogue.
In a session, we may work with colour, drawing, collage, writing, image-making, simple sculptural methods, clay or mixed media. The materials are not used to produce something “beautiful” or technically impressive. They are used as tools for reflection, self-contact and exploration.
Creative work can make visible what may be difficult to express in words. It can open new access to feelings, inner images, resources, conflicts, wishes, questions or decisions.
After or during the creative process, we reflect together on what has emerged. I do not interpret your work from above. Instead, I support you in finding your own meanings, associations and possible next steps.
Individual Creative Guidance can be supportive in phases of:
transition and change
career shifts or questions of direction
separation, endings or new beginnings
identity questions and self-understanding
decision-making processes
emotional overwhelm or inner restlessness
creative blocks or loss of creative confidence
the wish to reconnect with your own resources
personal development and self-reflection
It can also be helpful without a specific problem. Sometimes the wish is simply to slow down, make space, work creatively and meet yourself with more attention.
My approach is resource-oriented, process-led and individually responsive.
I bring more than twenty years of experience as an artist, art educator, workshop facilitator and project lead in social and cultural contexts. My work is shaped by artistic practice, cross-cultural experience, equality work, feminist cultural practice, diversity-sensitive processes and training in art therapeutic methods.
In one-to-one sessions, I create a clear and respectful framework while adapting the process to your needs, pace and questions. Some sessions may be quiet and reflective. Others may be more playful, experimental or focused on concrete orientation.
My role is to accompany the process, offer impulses, hold the structure and support you in developing your own insights.
Sessions are available:
in person in my studio in Berlin-Pankow
online
as a one-time session
as a short series
as an ongoing reflective process
Studio location:
Dragonfly: Raum für Kunst und Transformation
at PROJEKTE
Florastraße 90a
13187 Berlin-Pankow
Online sessions are possible if you prefer to work from home, live outside Berlin or need a more flexible format. For online sessions, I can suggest simple materials you may already have at home, such as paper, pens, pencils, pastels, collage materials or clay.
Each session is different. Possible themes may include:
Who am I becoming?
What do I need in this phase of my life?
Which inner resources can support me right now?
What wants to change?
Where do I need clearer boundaries?
Which roles am I carrying, and which ones no longer fit?
How can I reconnect with creativity, intuition or embodied knowledge?
What is asking for attention beneath the surface?
These questions do not need to be answered logically. They can be explored through colour, form, movement, image, symbol, texture and conversation.
Free initial orientation call
Before booking a session, you are welcome to arrange a free 30-minute orientation call online or by phone.
This call is a space to briefly discuss your situation, questions and expectations, and to see whether Individual Creative Guidance is the right format for you.
Please note that the orientation call is not a creative session itself.
Single sessions
Single sessions are paid after confirmation of the appointment and no later than 24 hours before the session takes place.
Daytime sessions until 6 pm: €100 per hour
Evening sessions after 6 pm: €120 per hour
Saturday sessions: €120 per hour
Sunday sessions: €140 per hour
Examples:
60-minute session until 6 pm: €100
90-minute session until 6 pm: €150
60-minute evening or Saturday session: €120
90-minute evening or Saturday session: €180
60-minute Sunday session: €140
90-minute Sunday session: €210
I understand that many people have limited availability during the working week. Evening and weekend sessions are therefore possible by arrangement, depending on my current capacity and need for rest and recovery.
6-session package
Individual Creative Guidance often works best as a process rather than as a single isolated session. While one session can offer orientation or a first impulse, several sessions allow a topic to unfold more deeply and create space for reflection, integration and change over time.
If you would like to work with a topic over a longer period of time, you can book a 6-session package.
6 x 60 minutes, daytime sessions until 6 pm: €560
6 x 90 minutes, daytime sessions until 6 pm: €840
The 6-session package is paid in advance before the first regular session. The reduced package price only applies when the full package is booked and paid in advance.
The package is suitable for people who would like a more continuous process and already know that they want to work with several sessions.
Sessions are scheduled together and should usually be used within four months.
Evening, Saturday and Sunday sessions are not included in the reduced package price and can be arranged separately.
Payment
After we have confirmed a session or package, you will receive the payment details by email.
Single sessions are paid after confirmation of the appointment and no later than 24 hours before the session takes place.
For short-notice bookings, payment is due upon booking or before the session begins.
For 6-session packages, the full package fee is due before the first regular session.
As I currently use the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.
Cancellation and rescheduling
A booked session reserves time, preparation and, for in-person sessions, studio space.
You can cancel or reschedule a session free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed appointment.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, the full session fee may be charged if the time cannot be offered to someone else.
If you do not attend a session without cancelling in advance, the full session fee will be charged.
For 6-session packages, a session cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment or missed without notice may count as one used session.
Illness and emergencies
I understand that illness and emergencies can happen.
If you are ill, please let me know as early as possible. In case of illness, we can usually reschedule the session once without additional cost, depending on the situation and available capacity.
If short-notice cancellations happen repeatedly, the session may be charged or counted as used, even if the reason is illness. This is because each appointment reserves time, preparation and space that cannot always be rebooked at short notice.
If I need to cancel a session due to illness or an emergency, we will arrange a new date. Of course, you will not be charged for a session cancelled by me.
If you are currently receiving social benefits or have a very low income, I also offer a free creative counselling format for women, trans, inter, non-binary and agender persons on thursdays through Paula Panke e.V.
This offer is part of my work in a social and community-based context and is intended for people who would otherwise not be able to access this kind of support.
Individual Creative Guidance is not psychotherapy and does not replace medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment.
It uses art therapeutic methods and creative self-reflection, but it is not a clinical or medical service.
It can, however, offer a stabilising, clarifying and strengthening space for self-reflection, orientation and creative development.
This offer is for adults who are interested in exploring personal questions through creative methods and conversation.
It is open to people with and without artistic experience.
My work is open to everyone and especially attentive to the needs and experiences of women, trans, intersex, non-binary and agender people. I work in a discrimination-sensitive, respectful and resource-oriented way.
