Art-based guidance for self-reflection, transformation and creative growth
Creative Guidance offers art-based spaces for people who want to explore personal questions, transitions, inner resources or shared processes through creative methods and reflective conversation.
My work brings together more than twenty years of experience as an artist, art educator, workshop facilitator and project lead in social and cultural contexts. I studied Fine Art, developed a long-standing artistic practice across performance, installation, participatory art and socially engaged work, and have lived and worked across different cultural contexts, especially in Namibia and Germany.
Alongside my artistic and educational background, I bring experience in equality work, feminist cultural practice, diversity-sensitive processes and art therapeutic methods. This combination allows me to create spaces that are creative, structured, reflective and attentive to the different realities people bring with them.
Creative Guidance is not about producing a perfect artwork. It is about using creative processes to see more clearly, reconnect with inner resources, explore new perspectives and strengthen your own capacity to act.
I combine artistic practice with art therapeutic methods, creative self-reflection and dialogue.
My approach is resource-oriented, process-led and individually responsive. I work with colour, drawing, collage, writing, clay, image-making, simple sculptural methods and mixed media. No artistic experience is required.
In my sessions and workshops, I offer clear guidance while leaving space for individual experience. I do not interpret people’s artworks from above. Instead, I support participants in finding their own language, meanings and perspectives.
Creative processes can help us notice patterns, externalise inner questions, give form to feelings and make complex experiences visible in a gentle and meaningful way.
In my sessions and workshops, I offer clear guidance while leaving space for individual experience. I do not interpret people’s artworks from above. Instead, I support participants in finding their own language, meanings and perspectives.
My work is discrimination-sensitive, feminist-informed and attentive to questions of self-determination, participation and empowerment. It is open to everyone and especially mindful of the needs and experiences of women and Trans, Inter, Non-binary and Agender * identified people.
Creative Guidance is not psychotherapy and does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. It can, however, offer a stabilising, clarifying and strengthening space for reflection, self-contact and creative development.
Individual sessions offer a protected space to explore personal topics through artistic methods and conversation. They can support transitions, decision-making processes, questions of identity, emotional overwhelm, creative blocks or the desire to reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.
Sessions can take place in my studio or online.

Creative workshops for adults offer guided spaces for self-reflection, expression, transformation and shared exploration. They are suitable for people who want to work creatively, understand themselves more deeply, explore inner resources or engage with themes such as identity, roles, change, boundaries, belonging or personal growth.
Workshops can take place in person or online, depending on the format.
My creative workshops for children are playful, structured and age-sensitive. They support imagination, confidence, self-expression and creative problem-solving through stories, colours, drawing, clay, movement and simple artistic exercises.
These workshops can be developed for schools, holiday programmes, community projects, cultural institutions or social organisations. They can take place in person and, where suitable, online.
I design creative formats for teams, NGOs, educational contexts, social organisations and businesses. These workshops can support team reflection, values work, communication, diversity-sensitive learning, creative strategy, role awareness, participation and collective processes.
They are suitable for team days, retreats, project development, community-based work, feminist and social organisations, educational settings and organisations that want to create reflective, inclusive and imaginative spaces for learning and collaboration.
Workshops can be offered in person or online.

I also develop participatory art projects that create visibility, exchange and shared creative experience in community-based, cultural or social contexts.
These projects connect artistic practice with participation, public space, social questions and collective forms of expression.
